Fork & Pillow was founded in 2006 in Barcelona as a company associated with the Catalan restaurant group Andilana, known for operating restaurants with a concept based on good quality and affordable prices. Over time, its founders decided to transfer that same philosophy to the hotel sector: creating hotels with thoughtful design and a welcoming atmosphere. Over the years, Fork & Pillow expanded its presence through its own hotel brands and hostels, consolidating itself as a company focused on boutique hotels, hostels, and gastronomic spaces aimed at both tourists and young urban travelers.
